What happens after I submit the form?

We'll review your shirt, preferred rework style and design notes before contacting you with availability, an estimated lead time and a personalised quote. There is no obligation to continue after receiving the quote.
How do I send my shirt to ELHÉ?

If you decide to proceed with the custom order, once payment is recieved, we'll provide a prepaid postage label so you can send your shirt to ELHÉ.
How long will my custom order take?

Custom orders typically take up to two weeks from the date ELHÉ receives your shirt. Turnaround times depend on the current number of orders and the complexity of your chosen rework. Your expected lead time will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
How much does a custom order cost?

Each piece is quoted individually based on the selected technique, shirt and complexity of the requested work. You will receive the full price before deciding whether to proceed.
Can every football shirt be reworked?

Each shirt will be assessed before the order is accepted. Its fabric, construction, condition and design can affect which rework techniques are suitable. If the requested finish is not appropriate for your shirt, we'll explain the available alternatives.
Are returns or refunds accepted on custom orders?

As every custom order is created specifically for you, all custom orders are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
